This agreement is between the "Artist" (myself, Angela) and the "Client" (you, the reader, if applicable.)Both parties are responsible for following these agreements. If the Client has any questions, they should contact the Artist to clarify them before payment is made and work on their commission begins.

| GENERAL TERMS

● Do not use my artwork for AI related, NFTs, and cryptocurrency.
● Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
● Do not edit, modify any of my artwork without consent.
● I have the right to decline your commission request if I believe it exceeds my capabilities or touches on topics that are sensitive to me.
● Reposting commissioned piece is allowed with proper credit. Please credit me as "Angela!" and/or @__focapapa whenever the artwork is used. I would also appreciate it if, when posting about it, you could link to this carrd so that it reaches more interested people.
● It is assumed that each commission is for personal use only. If commissioning for commercial use, this must be clarified before payment is made so that an additional fee agreed upon by both parties can be added.
● It is assumed that all commissions can be uploaded to the Artist's personal accounts. The Client must clarify whether their commission will be private, in which case they will be referred to as ‘Private’ in the list of pending commissions and their artwork will only be presented to them once completed

| COMMISSIONS

● You can view the progress of the commissions here.
● Work on the commission will only begin after full payment has been made.
● The commission may take anywhere from a few days to two months, depending on the number of commissions the Artist has or their state of health. The Artist is obliged to communicate with the Client at least 3 days a week if they are too busy and/or ill, or to provide updates every day they have made progress if they are in an optimal state to work constantly.
● The Client may not rush the Artist under any circumstances.
● The Artist is not responsible for the future use of their commissioned work once it has been delivered to the Client.

| PAYMENT

● Payment can only be made after the Artist and Client have mutually agreed to accept the commission.
● Payments are only accepted in USD and can only be made via PayPal or Kofi.
● More complex designs in the standard style are considered within the extra fee for too many elements/very complex elements. There is no extra fee in addition to the one already clarified, but if the design exceeds the artist's current capabilities, the commission will be denied from the outset.
● There are no additional fees or payments to be made that are not indicated in the information sheets for each type of commission, unless the commission is for commercial use. The artist may not request additional fees beyond those already stated or those agreed upon with the Client.

| REFUND & CANCELLATION

● The Artist is obliged to give a full refund if they are unable to continue with the commission for any reason and/or have been unable to start their commission within 20 days of payment being made.
● The Client may only request a full refund before the line art stage begins, and a partial refund once the line art stage has passed. Both parties must discuss this in advance.
● The Client must never submit a payment charge back without discussing it first with the Artist under any circumstances. This will be considered as a violation towards my Terms of Service.

All commission types are delivered via a Drive folder or via the email address provided by the customer.
It always contains three files in total:
Commission with/without extra effects of gradient map/noise/chromatic aberration. And a freebie like this of the character(s) requested!
